Please note: no food will be permitted into the party room due to allergy control, however guest can enjoy a coffee or other drinks in takeaway cups or water bottles.

 

*No food permitted in the Stepping Stones Studio, drinks must be in sealable bottles, all hot drinks must be in takeaway cups.

 

A Stepping Stones birthday party is an exclusive and perfect venue choice for early years parties catering ideally to children between the ages of 1 - 3 years old. The party takes place in a dedicated party room, ensuring privacy and a cozy atmosphere for your little one's special day. The package offers 1.5 hours of room access, which includes a 15-minute setup and take-down window for the party family to personalize the room with balloons and decorations. This allows you to create your own inviting birthday theme.

 

The cafe bar located on-site provides a variety of hot and cold food options, ensuring that all your young guests are well-fed and watered. The atmosphere is fun and lively, with a spacious layout that accommodates the needs of the preschool-aged children and their parents.

 

Soft play areas are available, allowing the little ones to play and explore safely. Toys and activities are on hand to keep the kids engaged and entertained throughout the celebration. For those moments when everyone needs a break, chill-out zones provide a relaxing space for parents and kids to unwind and socialise.

The Details:

Birthday Party Format: 1.5hrs - Exclusive Room Hire (Including 15min Setup and 15min Clear down time)

 

30mins - Party Food & Drinks Served in the Cafe Bar

 

Area Room will be accessible 15mins before & after your room hire booking.

 

Families are welcome to decorate the room with balloons and banners etc.

 

Example Booking: 

Party Booking 1pm 

  • Room Access Starts 12:45pm 

  • Guest Arrive from 1pm 

  • Food is served for 2pm 

  • Room Access End 2:15pm 

Clean up 

We kindly request that you respect the facility by leaving the room and soft play area in a satisfactory condition after your party. Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the soft play area. Additional charges may apply for excessive mess or cleanup.

Clean-Up Policy: Our clean-up policy aims to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests. Any mess beyond normal cleaning requirements, including food, drink spills or sickness, will incur an additional fee (£50.00) to cover the cost of specialised cleaning treatments and extra resources. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding cleanliness standards. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to this policy.

Soft Play Rules: 

Adults are welcome to use the soft play however, we kindly request that adults using the soft play area refrain from using the slide, as it has been specifically designed for children.

 

Additionally, we ask that no hard toys be brought into the soft play area. This request is made for two primary reasons: firstly, to prevent potential injuries from trips, slips, or falls onto these items, and secondly, to avoid causing rips and tears in the soft play materials.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the safety and integrity of our soft play environment. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.
