First Visit

Club Access:

When accessing the club, you will be required to enter the club via the turnstiles. It is worth considering allowing additional time prior to your lessons to clear the pre-entry checks.

If you are attending the lessons and are not the registered club member you will be required to sign in at the reception desk. We recommend having a note of the membership number used when registering your swimmer, this will help speed your access to the club.

Please note that the membership used for the booking must be either a parent or grandparent of the child attending the lessons.

If your membership has lapsed or you plan on canceling your gym membership please let us know as soon as possible.

Spectating & Viewing

Poolside spectating is not permitted within the health club, however If the accompanying adult is a member of the health club they may use the facilities as normal e.g. they may visit the gym or spa during the swimming lesson. All members are required to be in suitable pool attire if they are choosing to remain on poolside.

Cafe Bar Access

Accompanying adults not making use of the health club facilities should leave poolside at the start of the lessons. The cafe bar will be available for parents to use for the duration of the lessons for both members and non members of the health club .
