Our aim is to provide the best environment for your child to learn and develop in the water so placing them in the correct class is really important. We know that Stepping Stones will be new to you as a parent. We want to make sure you have the confidence in us right from the start and be safe in the knowledge that your child’s development is our focus.

The Stepping Stones Structure...

Stepping Stones delivers weekly lessons throughout the school term, and additional summer swim schools over the summer break. This gives families the flexibility to attend weekly class throughout the year with the added bonus of being able to select an intensive swim school week (5 days delivery) over the summer holidays that fits around your summer schedule, all for one low fixed monthly payment.

The Stepping Stones Promise:

• Small class size maximum ratio 1:6

• Regular term time lesson delivery (30 mins)

• Nationally recognised teaching qualifications, our staff are all fully qualified 

• Background checks  - All our teachers are disclosed through the PVG scheme

How to register...

Registering is easy, don't stress out! We deal with thousands of children every week. The registration form will guide you in terms of assessing your child’s ability level. Once your form has been received a member of the Stepping Stones team will personally read through your form and based on your answers provide you with the class options at your local venue. 

 

Classes are allocated based on ability and not age, our teachers feedback to the office on a weekly basis! We never hold a child back based on their age and we don't wait until the end of a term to change class levels. This can give you confidence that your child will be working to their full potential right from the first lesson!

What happens next…

Once completed, your child registration form will be sent directly to the Stepping Stones office. A member of the team will read over your child’s information and identify the most suitable class options at your chosen venue. 

 

Within 24hrs (Mon-Fri) you will receive a response from Stepping Stones detailing available class day & time options. To complete your registration simply follow the instructions on your confirmation email to secure your place…. Welcome to Stepping Stones
